At Mozi Wash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cleaning and textile care experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Ensure the items are in their original packaging and securely sealed to prevent any leaks or damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
